This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under 5 who meet the income criteria of 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants benefit from monthly food assistance and have the option to obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment. Follow-up visits occur every one to three months.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
