- Individuals aged 60 and above (the spouse of the main participant can join regardless of age), those with disabilities of any age who live with and accompany eligible seniors to the meal site, and unpaid caregivers aged 18-59 of eligible participants whose meals are funded through the Title IIIE Family Caregiver Support Program or other sources.
