Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call, and the intake line will accept collect calls.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- General adoption has no restrictions. For Special Needs Adoption, families must have a child under 18 who is legally free, has special needs, is in state-funded foster care, or is likely to be placed in foster care and eligible for federal adoption assistance.
