This program offers nutrition support and education to low-income pregnant and post-partum women, infants, and children under the age of 5. Families of two can receive benefits valued at approximately $150 each month, and during the summer, participants may obtain extra vouchers for farmers markets.
Intake Process: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.

- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, or those breastfeeding, as well as infants and children under 5. Income eligibility is also available for those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
