This program provides financial assistance to low-income Medicare beneficiaries to help cover their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for individuals with very low income.
Application Process: Interested individuals can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, and for Part A premium help, individuals with disabilities must be at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
