This initiative provides nutrition assessments, educational resources, and vouchers for specific healthy foods targeted at pregnant and post-partum women, infants, and children under 5 years old. Participants receive WIC checks valued at around $50 each month.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Fees: There are no costs associated.

- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new parents who are breastfeeding or chestfeeding, infants, and children under 5 years old who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, residing in Washington state.
