Blossoms Early Learning Center offers an ECEAP preschool program designed for children who are 3 and 4 years old. This program is provided at no cost and is funded by the Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF).
Intake Procedure: Families can initiate the process by calling to conduct an intake over the phone, visiting the center for a tour, or scheduling an appointment in person.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Eligibility is determined by low income and various risk factors, including homelessness, foster care, or involvement with CPS/FAR, as well as students with an IEP from a school district.
