This initiative delivers community-focused outreach, intake, assessment, and service connections, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services when suitable. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: No charges apply.
