This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to expectant parents, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants benefit from monthly food assistance and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Process: Contact us to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Cost: No fees involved.
