Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Individuals who are pregnant, new or breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under five years old, who meet the income requirement of 185% or below the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutritional risk, are eligible. Residency in Washington state is required.
