About this resource
This program delivers intensive and comprehensive therapy for behavioral and mental health issues. Offered services encompass case management, mental health evaluations, individual therapy, peer support programs, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and early childhood mental health consulting.
Intake Procedure: To initiate services, call to arrange an assessment or obtain further details.
Travel/Location: The program does not offer domestic violence evaluations, treatment for domestic violence offenders, DUI education, or gambling addiction treatment.

- There are no eligibility restrictions; services are available in several counties including Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, and Summit.
