The eHomeAmerica program includes a one-on-one pre-purchase counseling session with a certified homeownership counselor at ACCESS. The "Realizing the American Dream" course covers the essentials of home purchasing and details on affordable mortgage loan programs, as well as available assistance for down payments and closing costs.
