This program offers short-term social detoxification for individuals dealing with withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or substance use. It also connects clients with community resources and offers follow-up treatment for substance use.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants must be 18 years or older, residing in Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, or San Juan counties.

- Must provide: Form of identification Proof of residency Insurance, if applicable Proof of income, for sliding scale fees
