This initiative provides supplemental food, nutritional education, and connections to community resources for pregnant women and children up to the age of 5 who qualify.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call and set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: Although the offices in Buena Vista, Leadville, and Salida are currently closed, appointments can still be arranged over the phone through the Canon City office.
Who can use this
- Pregnant women and children up to age 5 from low-income backgrounds. Service Areas: Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, and Lake Counties.
