Intake Process: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Location: The offices in Buena Vista, Leadville, and Salida are currently closed, but appointments can be made over the phone through the Canon City office.
Who can use this
- Pregnant women and children up to age 5 from low-income backgrounds. Service Areas: Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, and Lake Counties.
