This program delivers intensive and comprehensive therapy focused on behavioral and mental health. The available services encompass case management, mental health evaluations, individual therapy, peer support programs, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and early childhood mental health consulting.
Intake Procedure: To initiate the process, call to arrange an assessment or to obtain further details.
Travel/Location: The program does not offer services for domestic violence evaluations, treatment for domestic violence offenders, DUI education, or gambling addiction treatment.

- There are no eligibility restrictions. Service area includes: Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, and Summit counties.
