About this resource
Offers patients a wide range of intensive and comprehensive behavioral and mental health therapy services. These services encompass case management, mental health evaluations, individual therapy, peer support programs, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and early childhood mental health consulting.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call to arrange an assessment or to obtain further information.
Travel/Location: The program does not include services for domestic violence evaluations, domestic violence offender treatment, DUI education, or gambling addiction treatment.

- No eligibility restrictions; serves the following areas: Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, and Summit counties.
