This program provides specialized transportation services for cancer patients to and from their medical appointments. It also includes support groups, assistance with navigating community resources, and offers information and referrals. Additionally, it supplies medical appearance items such as wigs, headwear, and other related products.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to apply.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
Who can use this
- -Cancer patients only. -For transportation, individuals must be able to walk independently to and from the vehicle, their home, and the treatment center. If assistance is needed, the patient must have someone accompany them.
