About this resource
This initiative coordinates care and services for adults who have experienced traumatic brain injuries after they have finished standard medical rehabilitation. It includes three monthly support groups, quarterly educational events, and continuous networking meetings with other organizations that assist individuals concerned with brain injury.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to apply.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Adults aged 18 and older with a traumatic brain injury, or their family members.
