Who can use this
- Applicants, excluding retired or semi-retired individuals aged 65 and older, must have a serious medical or mental health condition that significantly impairs their ability to work, along with proof that at least 50% of their income is derived from music-related work. For musicians, they must have regular public performances or have contributed to at least three widely released recordings, while industry workers must also earn 50% or more of their income from the music field.
