For The Children
Community Resource
About this resource
These residential summer camps cater to children who have suffered from abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Each child is paired with a counselor, ensuring one-on-one attention (one counselor for every one or two children). The duration of the summer camp is one week.
Intake Process: Referrals must come from a social worker at the state Department of Human Services. Foster parents can contact Royal Family KIDS for guidance or to assist in connecting the nonprofit with the child's DHS social worker.
