Intake Process: Users can register by calling, request a ride, or get a fare estimate. Online ride requests are also available. The service monitors the ride using the driver's phone and keeps a record of the rider's pick-up and drop-off locations for future reference.
Fees: A subscription plan is required, costing $29.99 monthly or $245.88 annually. In addition to the fare, there is a charge of $0.27 per minute for concierge services and mileage while the rider is in the vehicle. Tipping the driver is not mandatory but is encouraged.
