It covers various areas such as compensation for disabilities related to service, education benefits (including application assistance), home loan information (including the Certificate of Eligibility), pension options for wartime veterans with non-service connected disabilities (based on income), and VA healthcare (with application guidance). Additionally, it offers claims services for widows or dependent children of veterans, which include burial benefits, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation, Death Pension for non-service connected benefits (income-based), education benefits, and proceeds from VA life insurance. Claims services are also available for parents of veterans, covering burial benefits, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (income-based), and life insurance proceeds. Intake is managed through phone appointments, and there are no fees for these services.
