This initiative supports current and former foster youth aged 15-24 in their journey to a healthy adulthood. It offers a range of programs including counseling, skill development, a drop-in center, and subsidized housing. The aim is to help youth cultivate independent living skills for a successful transition to self-sufficiency, providing services such as personalized counseling, help with obtaining identification cards, driving permits, and licenses, as well as workshops focused on achieving personal, educational, and vocational objectives.
