About this resource

It also provides support for victims, safeguards consumers, and enforces laws related to the environment. The program assesses, investigates, and prosecutes cases of consumer fraud and environmental violations to ensure consumer restitution, eliminate unfair business practices, and safeguard public health and the environment.
