About this resource
This initiative aims to empower youth between the ages of 15 and 24 who have encountered foster care placement, juvenile justice, homelessness or housing instability, or trauma from being a crime victim. TAY provides various services including counseling, skill development, a drop-in resource center, and subsidized supportive housing.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone or drop by during operational hours.
Fees: Services are free and Medi-Cal is accepted.

- Youth aged 15-24 who are former or current foster care/probation placements or experiencing homelessness.
