About this resource
This program provides accessible outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT), medication management, and peer recovery support for individuals facing substance use disorders. It includes contingency management services for those with stimulant use disorder and works alongside community partners, courts, emergency departments, and residential facilities to facilitate treatment transitions, offering both in-person and virtual care.
Intake Procedure: To initiate, call for intake or to schedule an appointment. You can also call or visit during program hours.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with primary or secondary opioid use disorder and/or stimulant use disorder are eligible.
