This program provides temporary shelter and includes services such as housing navigation, case management, and connections to resources for employment counseling, healthcare, childcare, and enrollment in public benefits.
Intake Process: Applications can be requested via phone and must be returned.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Participants must be referred through the Housing Matters Encampment Resolution Program (ERP) and subsequently assessed by County Behavioral Health; no walk-in services are available.
