About this resource
This initiative provides adults who are first-time offenders with minimal or no criminal history access to diversion programs, mental health counseling, resources for substance use disorders, and supportive services to aid in their rehabilitation.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Adults (18 years and older) -Eligibility is determined by the individual's criminal history, mental health and substance use requirements, and the seriousness of recent offenses for those arrested or cited for various minor offenses.
