About this resource
This service provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) for members of the Central California Alliance for Health who cannot utilize cars, buses, trains, or taxis due to medical conditions. NEMT options may include ambulance, wheelchair van, or air transport. Additionally, Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) is available for those needing assistance to reach medical appointments, which can involve passenger cars, taxis, or other public or private transport.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online.

- Applicants must be Alliance members and demonstrate a lack of alternative transportation options.
