This initiative aids current and former foster youth between the ages of 15 and 24 in navigating a positive transition into adulthood. Offered programs encompass counseling, skill development, a drop-in center, and subsidized housing options. The aim is to help these youths acquire independent living skills essential for achieving self-sufficiency, including services like personalized counseling, help with obtaining identification cards, driving permits, and licenses, as well as workshops focused on personal, educational, and vocational goal attainment.
