Who can use this
- Eligibility is for Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. for 5 or more years, or spouses of U.S. citizens for at least 3 years. (Exemptions for the English Exam include permanent residents aged 50 or older with 20+ years of residency, or those aged 55 or older with 15+ years of residency.)
