This initiative provides health insurance for low-income families, including coverage for dental care, both inpatient and outpatient hospital services, mental health treatment, physician visits, and prescription medications.
Application Process: Individuals can apply by walking in or visiting the website.
To streamline the application, clients should prepare the following information for all applicants: income verification such as benefit check stubs or award letters from various sources, details on care expenses like daycare or adult care, full names and birth dates, housing cost information, due dates and number of expected babies for pregnant applicants, last year's tax return if self-employed, recent income details for self-employment, current paycheck stubs, and Social Security Numbers (SSNs).
