This initiative supports eligible pregnant women and children up to age 5 by providing them with additional food, nutrition education, and connections to community resources.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: The offices in Buena Vista, Leadville, and Salida are currently closed, but appointments can be made by phone through the Canon City office.
Who can use this
- Pregnant women and children up to age 5 from low-income households. Service Areas: Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, and Lake Counties.
