This program arranges flights for individuals needing medical care far from home, with requests ideally made three weeks in advance, although urgent cases may be accommodated.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- - Individuals 18 and under who are medically fragile - Consideration for young adults facing long-term health issues from childhood - Passengers must be capable of climbing steps, medically stable, and able to sit upright or slightly reclined during the flight.
Documents you may need
- Recent photo of the child and letter of medical necessity. Additional passengers must have a valid form of identification such as a passport or driver's license.
