This program offers one-time dental services for significant dental issues, specifically for those who are unable to receive necessary medical treatment because of their dental condition and have exhausted all other resources. The wait time can be quite lengthy.
Intake Procedure: Visit the website to check if applications are being accepted in your area. Those on the waitlist will have a phone interview and must provide proof of disability, income, and expenses. Typically, eligible candidates may wait one to two years before being contacted for intake, depending on the county.

- Applicants must provide a physician's documentation indicating that they cannot receive essential medical treatment due to their dental issues, lack dental insurance for required services, need significant dental work, be unable to afford care, have exhausted all other options, and meet one of the following criteria: permanently disabled, over 65, or medically fragile.
