This program offers support for obtaining birth certificates in various circumstances, such as cases lacking supporting documents, discrepancies in names on birth certificates, and issues affecting public or health care benefits.

Travel/Location: Please note that this program does not cover the reinstatement of driving privileges or commercial driver’s licenses.
