About this resource
This program provides financial support to aid individuals and families in managing their utility payments. Assistance may be available for various situations, including personal crises, emergencies to avert disconnection, and seasonal hardships.
Intake Procedure: Clients should walk in for services and arrive a few minutes before the start of each session. Presence is required at the opening of the session to take part in a random drawing for an appointment.
Travel/Location: Please be aware that appointment availability changes daily. Assistance can be accessed once within a 12-month timeframe and does not cover water utility bills.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with overdue energy bills are eligible, specifically in El Paso County.
