Aspenridge Recovery

This program provides support for adults dealing with both mental health conditions and trauma. The available services encompass individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or day treatment, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), telehealth options, and in-person care. Evidence-based approaches utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), peer support, and relapse prevention strategies.
