About this resource
This program provides transitional support to men and women on probation or parole for the first six months post-release. It also includes connections to local agencies for further assistance, help with obtaining identification, and support for acquiring in-state birth certificates.
Intake Procedure: It is recommended to call and set up an appointment or to gather more information.
Travel/Location: While scheduling an appointment is not mandatory, it is encouraged.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and over who are either on parole, on probation, or residing in a halfway house. Service Area: Statewide.
