This initiative provides up to one month of emergency financial aid for overdue rent to help prevent eviction stemming from unexpected financial challenges.

Intake Procedure: To apply, visit the website during the 24-hour pre-application period. Assistance is available via call, text, or in-person during office hours on the pre-application day.

Travel/Location: Please be aware that online pre-application forms are accessible from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM on the specified day. Each household is permitted only one submission; duplicate applications will be rejected. Eligible entries are randomly chosen using a computer-generated method, and the timing of submission does not influence selection odds. All applicants will receive an email notification regarding their status within three business days. Those selected will get further instructions via email, but selection does not ensure financial aid. Unsuccessful applicants may reapply the following month. If you require assistance with access or technology, please call or visit a location during office hours. Note that clients without income cannot be assisted. The pre-application portal opens on the 2nd of each month; if this date falls on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, it will instead open on the next business day: June 2nd, 2026, Tuesday; July 2nd, 2026, Thursday; August 3rd, 2026, Monday; September 2nd, 2026, Wednesday; October 5th, 2026, Monday.
