Delivers independent living resources and services designed for individuals with disabilities, which encompass information and referrals, advocacy, peer mentoring and support, independent living skills, youth and community transitions, low vision services, a veterans choice program, ASL services, vocational assistance, housing services, SSI/SSDI benefits counseling, transition services, and transportation options.

Who can use this
- Youth between the ages of 14 and 25 who have a disability, serving areas including Chaffee, Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Lake, and Mesa.
