About this resource
This service provides curb-to-curb transportation for those with disabilities who are unable to access the Grand Valley Transit (GVT) fixed-route system.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can apply by calling or visiting the website.
Travel/Location: It's important to note that the para-transit service operates within ½ mile of the fixed-route service, and a service area map is available online. Customers requiring extra assistance may have a personal care aide accompany them at no extra charge. Applications are typically processed within 2-3 weeks after submission and completion.

- Individuals with disabilities recognized by the ADA who cannot use the Grand Valley Transit fixed-route system.
