This program provides private assistance for youth seeking to quit vaping, smoking, or other tobacco products. Participants are paired with a trained quit coach to: formulate a quit plan, recognize triggers, develop coping strategies, and receive ongoing support.
Intake Procedure: To enroll, visit the website or call/text.
Travel/Location: Important information: Text 'Start My Quit' to 36072. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, with participants receiving around five personalized coaching sessions.
Who can use this
- Youth aged 11-18 who wish to stop using tobacco or vaping products. Available statewide.
