About this resource
This initiative offers a range of services designed to support individuals in preserving their independence and dignity within their homes and communities. These services include exercise, health, and wellness classes, case management, Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC), legal assistance, protection against adult/elder abuse, long-term care ombudsman services, options for long-term care such as assisted living and nursing homes, in-home services, home-delivered meals, congregate meals (Friendly Fork), transportation resources, dental, vision, and hearing programs, Medicaid assistance, caregiver support, and resources for grandparents raising grandchildren. For inquiries, individuals can call, email, or visit the website for more details. Additionally, there is a reimbursement process in place, but clients will not receive reimbursement for services rendered before receiving approval.
