About this resource
This program offers assistance to individuals who are pregnant and either currently use tobacco or have stopped within the last three months before or during their pregnancy.
Intake Procedure: Complete the registration form available on the website.
Travel/Location: Once the registration form is submitted, staff will reach out to individuals within 3 to 5 business days to arrange an initial appointment.
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must reside in the service area and be pregnant at 36 weeks gestation or less, or be a partner living in the same household.
