Who can use this

  • Eligible households include those earning below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participating in specific programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Veterans/Survivors Pension. Additionally, households on Tribal lands with similar income thresholds or participating in federal assistance programs, as well as survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking, may qualify.
