The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) aims to promote the well-being of income-qualified pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. The program offers an eWIC debit card for purchasing nutritious foods, tailored nutrition guidance, referrals to community services, and breastfeeding assistance, which includes access to breast pumps, lactation specialists, peer counseling, and support groups.
To apply, individuals should visit the provided link to book an appointment at their nearest clinic: coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic. Alternatively, they can fill out an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp. A WIC representative will reach out within 10 days to determine eligibility and help arrange an appointment.

- Must provide: Identification for all family members applying for WIC Proof of address Proof of participation in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR (Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations), or proof of income (e.g. paystub, tax return, letter from employer) Baby's growth measurements (height and weight) and hemoglobin levels. Growth measurements must be within the last 60 days.
