This service provides round-the-clock support for allegations of child abuse and neglect, which encompasses risk and safety evaluations and family assistance through various means, such as early intervention, preventive measures, and trauma-informed care.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can report suspected abuse by calling or visiting in person.
Travel/Location: Confidentiality is maintained for reporters. Referrals may come from law enforcement, educational institutions, healthcare providers, or any individual concerned about a child's safety and welfare. Each referral is evaluated through the HUB.
