The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) aims to promote the health of income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of 5. The program offers an eWIC debit card for purchasing nutritious foods at no cost, along with breastfeeding assistance, which includes access to breast pumps and supplies, lactation specialists, peer counseling, support groups, nutrition education, and referrals to community services.

For intake, individuals can schedule an appointment with a local clinic by visiting coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic or submit an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp. A WIC representative will reach out within 10 days to assess eligibility and arrange an appointment.
